The Novices were kindly invited to enjoy a Christmas dinner with retired parishioners from the Cambridge parishes. This was an opportunity for the Catholic community to get to know the seven brothers; and a wonderful opportunity for the Novices to get to know the community. The encounter was full of diverse experiences both in terms of encounters with the faith, and the general life experience of the parishioners.

An opportunity to hear about their families and the joy they find in their grand children. An opportunity to hear conversion stories, stories about golden anniversaries and married life in general. An opportunity to enjoy refined and witty conversation—’tis a season to be jolly’—and be one family, united by one faith, not just any faith, but the Catholic Faith.
