This coming Sunday there will be some wine and nibbles in the Old Library after the 11am Mass so that you have an opportunity to say goodbye to Fr Nick before his departure to Oxford next week.

Last Saturday a prioral election was held at Blackfriars, Oxford, and they elected Fr Nick Crowe as their new prior. After giving this some thought, Fr Nick has decided to accept, and he signed the letter of acceptance yesterday morning. This means that Fr Nick is no longer prior of Cambridge, and so the Cambridge brethren will be holding an election in the near future. In the meantime, any prioral matters should be directed to the subprior Fr Robert Verrill (the email address in contact will work for this). We will keep you posted concerning when Fr Nick’s departure will be. The brethren would also like to express their deep gratitude to Fr Nick for his service to the community during his term as prior in Cambridge.
