We rejoice as we pass the midway point of this Advent season. We rejoice in anticipation and as we prepare for the coming of Christ. The rose vestment is a lightening of the purple vestments of Advent, the Sunday receiving its name from the opening antiphon (introit) which comes from Philippians 4:4,5.

To rejoice we started by praying the Sunday Vespers, then we shared  food and drink as we conversed. Brilliant fireworks heightened our celebration and we completed the celebration with Compline.
